Two main things set Seasoned Hunters’ products apart:
Better/fresher ingredients
We source all of our ingredients locally and hand-measure each blend in very small batches. This allows us to control the freshness, consistency, and flavor, giving you a perfect result every time. Superior seasoning = exceptional sausage.
Better recipes
Our recipes are simply better! We’ve spent years collaborating with some of the most seasoned, sausage-making hunters in Wisconsin, and the results speak for themselves. Call it experience; call it wisdom; we call it Seasoned Hunters. Don’t take our word for it – try some today and experience the difference!
Why not?! Making sausage can be an enjoyable and rewarding activity. You control the type and quality of meat, you adjust the flavors to your personal liking, and you get the bragging rights when you share the best homemade sausage with all your friends and family!
With sausage-making kits from Seasoned Hunters, which include seasoning, cure, casing, meat binder, and easy-to-follow instructions, making sausage at home has never been easier! We take the guesswork out of the process. Everything is provided (except the meat and grinder), and is in perfect proportion. Simply follow the instructions (for summer sausage or snack sticks) and you’ll end up with exceptionally seasoned sausage every time!
Most sausage makers use either pork shoulder butt or NY-style picnic shoulder.
