Absolutely DELICIOUS !!! … perfect blend of garlic taste with a small and satisfying peppery kick … for first time snack stick makers, Seasoned Hunters made it SO easy … the enclosed instructions are VERY detailed and lay out each of the steps logically and clearly … we used the recommended 7.5 lbs of venison to 5lbs of pork shoulder, which turned out perfect … we bought both the “Original” and the “Pepper Garlic” flavor packs … however, we loved the Pepper Garlic so much I am not sure when we will try the Original … THANKS, Brian, for all of your help, and for an excellent spice pack !!!

… the BEST spice mix available … period … and we have tried all of the big boys (LEM, etc.), plus smaller/local providers … a nice combination of spice and taste … but what sets Seasoned Hunters apart from the others is that Brian loves what he does and provides excellent customer service … we used this spice mix for four (12.5lb) batches of “beer sticks” last season, to rave reviews from family and friends … this year’s first batch of snack sticks is in the smoker now … looking forward to many more smokes with Seasoned Hunters … THANKS, Brian, for an excellent product but even better support and service …
